Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful spot. Our unit was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
Only issue was kitchen drawers were in desperate need of cleaning. A few actually had mouse droppings. We phoned right away and cleaning service was sent over immediately and did a fantastic job remedying the problem. Property management apologized profusely and cleaning staff was wonderful.

WE love staying in litchfield by the sea and have stayed in other condos in litchfield before. This condo is by far our favorite. It is perfect size for our family. The large dining room table and cozy furniture in the living room make us feel right at home. We will hopefully be back for many years to come!

Awesome close beach view. Enjoyed watching dolphins In the water from the patio. Good covered designated parking. Beautiful 2 story condo, well maintained with full size washer and dryer. It was not well noted, but main baths and bedrooms were on a lower level floor. Depending on the guest mobility, the two level could be a deal breaker.
