Private garage, demarcated and covered. There is the possibility of more than one parking space to be combined.
Apartment super airy, bright, clean and spacious (70 m²), the location being the biggest differential.
In the surroundings the famous Galeria A. D. Moreira, Shopping Miramar, Shopping Parque Balneário, police station, pharmacies 24 h, bakeries, cinemas, restaurants, Praça das Bandeiras, Independence Square, C & A, Renner, Lojas Americanas, Ragazzo, Habib's, shops, McDonald 's ... and best of all: just cross the avenue to step on the sand of the beach. All for your well being and fun.
Family atmosphere with only 4 apartments per floor, our apartments comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen features basic household appliances, large service area, "real" mattresses, new furnishings, high standard oceanfront building located in the heart of the Gonzaga.
The 24-hour concierge allows you to check-in at any time.
The apartment DOES NOT have bed linen and bath, however it is mandatory to use.
The voltage in Santos is 220W.
Our daily rates are managed as follows: Check in: 3pm and Check out: 12pm. Note: We make schedules more flexible by scheduling availability.
Since we do not charge a cleaning and conservation fee, the apartment must be delivered under the same conditions as those found, including cleaning conditions.
The budget is based on total days and number of people, and the maximum number of people allowed is six (6) per apartment.
It is not allowed to receive visits in the apartment and in the dependencies of the Condominium.

Adoramos, o apartamento é ótimo, confortável e prático, limpo e organizado, bem arejado, o prédio muito bem administrado, limpeza e organização, funcionários muito educados e prestativos, localização excelente, o Sr. Sergio, proprietário, muito atencioso e gentil, sempre pronto para nos atender.
Com certeza vamos voltar e recomendar aos familiares e amigos.

Nossa estada foi muito agradável e o Sergio desde o início muito atencioso. Destaca-se, principalmente, a localização do prédio que, realmente, é o melhor ponto do Gonzaga, apartamento espaçoso, limpo, com eletrodomésticos novos.
Vale ressaltar que sentimos falta do liquidificador, frigideira e um ventilador de teto ou portátil na cozinha, pois no momento de cozinhar o espaço fica bem quente.
No geral, a hospedagem foi ótima! Vale muito a pena.

Apartamento Lindo em perfeito estado, impecavelmente limpo e organizado, Geladeira, fogão, panelas, pratos, copos e talheres novos, ótimo espaço de acomodação, super ventilado. A localização é perfeita, além de ser de frente pra praia, shopping na rua de trás, farmácia, mercado, lojinhas, tudo feito a pé!
Super recomendo!
