Great location/beach/pool/fishing, house could use some “TLC”, underneath hanging swing in picture was missing, no real underneath seating

Loved all the decks, they all had wonderful views.
Was a little busy on the corner with traffic at times.
We loved fishing in the lake right off our back porch.

House is clean and located not too far from the beach and retail stores and restaurants. Some small fixes are needed for the property (No working outside lights, entry doors jams all the times, and some other small things). But overall we had a good vacation time at the property.
