About this apartment rental
The Pub Suite is a spacious but cozy room with private entrance, full private shower, gas fireplace ( non-functioning summer months) Pool ( Not Heated) , large deck.
cell service is poor.
wifi is fine.
A great place whether you’re visiting the area for an event ~ NHMS or Concerts @ the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion or business, quiet environment to decompress we have you covered are The Pub Suite
We’re conveniently located of Ext 16 > US I-93 in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown Concord
11 Randolph Rd.
Our home is good for singles, couple, and business traveler.
Close to NH International Speedway,Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, Lake Winnipesaukee & ski resorts.

Once inside you will adore this beautiful suite with your own bathroom walk-in shower,
Full size refrigerator, state-of-the-art Keurig coffee maker, microwave oven.

AC seasonal.
Cups , paper plates, bowls plastic utensils to get you started.
After a long day out in the world come home and relax by the (fireplace temporarily out of order) with a good book, catch you favorite TV shows order in your dinner and sit at your private Pub Bar.
Also makes a great work station for after hours business needs that just can’t wait.
Summer season
Enjoy your morning coffee out on the pool deck
Follow up with a nights swim or just relax out on the pool deck with a cold beverage.
Quiet time 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Parking location left side of driveway.

We were very pleased with our stay and accommodations. We would definitely rebook for another time and recommend this location for a couple who needs a quant, relaxing get away.
