About this apartment rental

The apartment is located in a residence secured by a gate with digital code allowing access to a parking with private areas for cars.
It is located on the 3rd and last floor of a building also protected, and is served by an elevator. Facing south and west, it has a terrace of 11 m2 with a south view on a parking place in the town center of Plouguerneau, in front of the Tourist Office, and a sheltered balcony of 14 m², with views West.
From the terrace and balcony, the view is exceptional on several kilometers of coastline, with beautiful white sand beaches, rocky clusters, and the lighthouses of Wrach Island, Lanvaon and Virgin Island, which are emblematic monuments of Plouguerneau and today open to the public.
The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a library. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar table and is fully equipped: induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker.
