About this house rental
Welcome to La Mignonnette
A cozy, romantic, cocooning and peaceful place in the north of the Landes.
Near the lake (1,5km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon dune du pyla (35 mins) and 100m from the cycle path (SANGUINET / Biscarrosse)
Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT OPPOSITE with the owners, and the terrace part is private as well
than a reserved parking space.
The gîte includes:
- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
-A mezzanine with a 90cm bed
-Bathroom with sink, wc, shower cubicle and storage unit (+ hair dryer).
- A living room with 3-seat sofa, television, and wifi.
-Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dolce gusto, dishes, .....
- A cellar, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage.
-A private covered terrace not overlooked with the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area ....
-A parking space (closed at night)
ACTIVITIES
Walking, horse riding and cycling.
All nautical activities
-side lake, swimming of course very secure for children, windsurfing, catamaran, stand up paddle, canoe, pedal boat, dinghy ....
- ocean side (surf, surf and swimming school ... stand up paddle)
EXITS
- July-August, at SANGUINET night market every Saturday evening, and at Biscarrosse plage every evening. SANGUINET market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
-July ; jazz festival
TO VISIT
Arcachon basin, pyla dune, Marquèze eco-museum, Bordeaux, city of wine, Aqualand, the ladybug, oyster parks in the basin, Teich ornithological park .....

Le gîte est très agréable et parfaitement fonctionnel (grand frigo, espaces rangements, etc). La décoration est réalisée avec goût. L’environnement est très calme, parfait pour se reposer et se dépayser avec les nombreuses ballades et visites à faire aux alentours.

puisque nous n'avons pas encore rédigé une évaluation de notre séjour nous aimerions vous dire que nous nous avons senti très à l'aise dans votre jolie petite maison, le jardin et toute l'installation invitent à la détente et nous vous remercions cordialement pour votre hospitalité et votre gentillesse.

Très bel endroit décoré avec goût et délicatesse très propre très calme les propriétaires de charmantes personnes très discrètes et respectueuses de notre bien être et tranquillité.
Le terrain est magnifique vert entretenu et très tranquille à 1km5 du centre.
On trouve tout sur place Intermarché, boulangerie, coiffeur.....
Le lac à 1km avec plage entretenues
Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique à recommander.
