About this apartment rental

New 50m2 apartment with all comfort in Chantemerle, in small luxury residence facing south, quiet, beautiful views of the slopes Luc Alphand, Eduits and Prorel, large south facing balcony overlooking the valley, wifi, parking, garage, ski locker .
T3 very bright, new Scandinavian design furniture, wall and light decorations, consisting of a living room dining room kitchen with large bay window living room side (curtains have been added since the photo) and large window dining room side, table expandable 6-8 places.
living room with sofa bed 3/4 convertible rapido bed 160 comfortable mattress bultex, 2 armchairs and stools,
Fully equipped kitchen, multifunction oven, microwave, hob, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
bedroom 1 with bed 160, bedroom 2 with bed 160 divisible into 2 beds of 80. New bedding very comfortable, blackout blinds to the windows. Large closets / dressing room in the 2 bedrooms and in the entrance,
Bathroom, separate toilet. In the entrance small laundry room with washer-dryer, trunk bench, coat racks on all doors.
All furniture, dishes and utensils new and quality. Nespresso, raclette set, wifi board games, comics (Thorgal and Gaston Lagafe integrals), books, connected TV, SONOS play5 stereo system connected to internet, baby chair.
In the garage on the ground floor, a wardrobe and a ski boot rack are available, with heated ski boots.
Sheets and towels can be provided optional for 15 € per person and stay, to ask us, reservation required in advance in high season.
Located on the sunny heights, special car equipment is recommended in case of snow. Free public parking at 100m.

The free shuttle at 100m brings you in 7m at the beginning of the Alphand track, station and shops 500m, accessible in 7 to 8 m on foot. (bakeries, Carrefour mountain, caterers, pharmacy, sports shops ...)

Jean-Luc's apartment is in a new development building about 10 mins walk from Chantemerle centre. The apartment is very nicely finished with modern appliances and lots of lovely personal touches. It has a great view of the Luc Alphand piste, Prorel mountain and the wider mountain vista from the lounge and large balcony. Highly recommend!
