Close to the pistes, the ski bus and the village, it has already proved very popular with OVO Network guests.

Designed with great holidays in mind, this is the first OVO Network 4 star property in La Giettaz, and is ideal for two or three families or a group of friends. You'll love the panoramic views, being just 300m from the ski bus stop and just 3km on skis from the liaison to Megeve. You have a choice of two ski passes - Les Portes du Mont Blanc, or the more extensive Evasion Mont Blanc. For even more variety, it's just a 14km drive to the ski fields of La Clusaz.

Whether you decide to visit in winter or in summer, you will never be short of something to do. Winter sports such as skiing, boarding and snow biking are always popular and in summer, the mountains are a magnet for bikers, walkers and paragliders.

The holiday home was beautifully furnished and had everything we could have wished for. The hot tub is perfectly located with a view of the mountains, and there are plenty of comfortable seating areas both indoors and outdoors. We didn’t use the barrel sauna because it was very hot outside, but it was still pleasantly cool inside the house. The children thoroughly enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor games and also devoured the picture books and activity books, even though they didn’t speak French. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped—we even tried the cheese fondue. In short, it’s a luxurious and beautiful place to stay, and Pierre-Yves is a fantastic host.

We have been booking a chalet every year for the past eight years. Chalet Crechoua has clearly been the one with the best and most well-thought-out facilities. Everything was clean, and the owner is very nice. Playing table tennis in the alpine scenery was the highlight of my stay.

We absolutely loved everything about Chalet Crechoua. All the facilities at the chalet were exceptional, and we appreciated having having boot room to dry off our wet snow get each day. The Chalet is well equipped for everything you could need, from the raclette and fondue machines, two dish washers for large groups, sledges for the kids, down to robes and slippers for the sauna and jacuzzi. The downstairs bar/living room was great and even fitted with a little disco ball so we could enjoy a 40th birthday celebration from the comfort of the chalet. The location is breathtaking with gorgeous view of the mountains and easily accessible to La Giettaz Ski lift by car or free local bus.

Great house, with very well thought out set of features to cater for all types of guests. The host was very nice and the additional services provided such as massages or bread delivery were fairly priced and easily available. We absolutely loved cooking delicious meals in the big kitchen, but we especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna in the evenings after days filled with outdoors activities.

This is a perfectly designed and very well equipped new house in the Mont Blanc area, well placed in a fantastic landscape. La Giettaz is a mountain village beautifully located on the hills leading to Col des Aravis. From our lodge we went on several awesome hiking trips in the vicinity. We will sure return to this place in the future. No other area in the Alps so far has impressed me more than this region. Five stars from me!

Perfect holiday place. You won’t get enough of the wonderful sauna, the hot tub and the views. Everything is brand new and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious. Children and grownups alike will love to stay here. You can pick up food nearby, go for peaceful walks, cozy up in one of the living rooms, prepare a gourmet meal in a kitchen that has every appliance and utensil you may need. If you want a cottage retreat with everything taken care of this is the place.

We would like to thank you for this beautiful stay in Chalet Crechoua. The Chalet is just perfect, lots of stuff for the whole family. Enough space to find a quiet place for yourself. Also a lot of great activities to do, and many games for the kids. We loved the jacuzzi and the views! The contact with Pierre Yves was really good, he recommended us some nice stuff to do in the neighborhood. Good place to stay with a big family or a big group of friends. We really enjoyed the great hikes around, the chalet close to the pistes, the train in Chamonix and the other small villages in the area. We would love to come back one day.

Pierre-Yves le propriétaire s'est montré aux petits soins. Tout s'est bien passé. Nous étions deux, à voyager en moto. Très bon emplacement avec un très bon accès. Nous reviendrons volontiers. Dommage que les propriétés OVO Network soient presque toutes situées dans les Alpes, car le support fourni par cette société s'est montré excellent, avec des réponses rapides à nos questions!

What a wonderful stay ! The Chalet is new, charming and really well furnished. Everything works well and if you need something Pierre-Yves is always fast to respond and give the help you could ask for. The location is perfect for a skying week, and also for exploring the Haute-Savoie area. Le Plan ski area, which is connected to Megeve is less than 10 minutes drive to the chalet, as well as La Clusaz that is just 20 minutes drive. Megeve Village can be reached in 20 minutes. Annecy lake is reasonably close to the chalet. And in less than an hour you can visit Chamonix Mont-Blanc. We really loved the location, the silence, and the layout of the chalet. The area is wonderful, there is a lot to do and to see. I really recommend a stay at Chalet Crechoua!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful chalet with an amazing view. It had everything - plus some ! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The catering service from Pierre's sister was really appreciated and helped make our vacation even more special ! We loved the view, the layout, the amenities, how well stocked the kitchen was, spacious living areas, very homey. We liked the ski domain, the beauty of the nature. Thanks again for everything. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at Chalet Le Crechoua. We were 3 adults and 3 children of 2, 5 and 6 years old. The house is beautiful and our host, Pierre-Yves, was super attentive and helpful. I hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible.

Ce lieu est magnifique aussi bien a l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. L’emplacement est parfait, le village est agréable, et les abords du chalet sont superbes, avec ou sans enfants. Même en hiver nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin. Et en ce qui concerne l’intérieur, que dire si ce n’est que c’est le grand luxe: tout y est parfait (chambres/sdb/literies/ pièces à vivre/jeux de société/babyfoot/fléchettes) et tout est bien pensé. Alors un grand MERCI à PIERRE-YVES le propriétaire qui d’ailleurs est d’une gentillesse et une disponibilité exemplaires. Bref, un seul souhait: y retourner!

OVO Network is a pleasant and helpful organisation to work with (special thanks to Sylvie!) and the property owner, Pierre-Yves, is very attentive and friendly. He provided us all the information we needed, prepared the house with groceries and made restaurant reservations for us. He was a delight to deal with. The house is extremely clean, it has everything and more that you need to make meals (including two dishwashers) plenty of space for a large group to spread out and comfortable seating as well as activities inside and out. The view is spectacular. The sauna and hot tub are wonderful to gather in. Our large group of friends could not have been happier with this beautiful home.

Le chalet Crechoua est agréable avec un vrai charme savoyard. Son agencement est très bien pensé. Les adultes et les enfants se sentent comme à la maison dès les premiers instants. La propriété est à proximité de la Clusaz, de Megève et des Saisies. La petite station du Plan (La Giettaz) permet de skier sur deux autres stations et offre une vue magnifique sur le massif du Mont Blanc. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le jacuzzi, le hamman, le coin détente avec divers jeux (cartes, fléchettes, mini bar, coin vidéo) et les grands espaces du chalet. Tout ceci nous a permis de passer de vrais moments de détente en famille ou entre amis. Merci à nos hôtes !
