The price of my stay for 5 days and the whole apartment to myself was so worth it.

The overall comfortability.

The smell of the bathroom/toilet. I was almost trapped in the elevator, as I was going out the facility on my check out day, elevator did not stop on the ground floor, it stoped midway and so i was not able to open the door to go out. I was in the elevator for 5 minutes more but less than 10 minutes.

Superb location in the centre of Antwerp.

The location and the balcony.

When I stayed in this place in May 2025 there were road works down the street. The noises the day after woke me up. The bathroom had a bit of unpleasant small. Perhaps this will be fixed when road works are over. But in general value for money this was very great place in a super location.

Very disappointed!

Close to old city centre. Light and airy with open aspect. Lounge was bright and clean as shown on the website.

The bedding looked like someone had been sleeping in it for several weeks (although I believe it to be clean). The shower was still broken after previous guests’ reports. The drains in the bathroom smelt. The kitchen was not equipped as described. There were no kitchen knives at all. The photos shown on the website of the bathroom, bedroom & kitchen were from a different apartment! If we had seen the actual rooms we would not have booked it. We contacted the agent and had no reply. Contacted the owner through Bookings.com and got snooty reply and nothing else. We had booked for a whole week, unfortunately!

The location was great, however I would not stay here again on another trip.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly when picking up the key to the apartment! The place itself had an elevator inside, something I was surprised by, and was in a great location. I stayed in the apartment with the balcony view, and it was beautiful! Upon first looks, the apartment seemed very spacious and great.

However, after being in the apartment for a bit of time, there was a smell from the water or pipes in the bathroom. I truly tried to avoid using the bathroom at all due to the unpleasant smell. I also noticed dead bugs squished on the walls throughout the apartment - both marking from them and the dead bugs still there themselves. I found it very difficult to sleep as well, since it was hot when I was there, but opening the windows meant more bugs would get inside. Having a fan in the apartment would have been helpful.

I can highly recommend this apartment and will most likely stay here again.

This apartment is located just off high street in walking distance to the central station and lots of other sights. You can easily access the tram within a few minutes. The apartment itself is simple but clean and nicely decorated. The check-in is well organised however you have to pick up the keys near by and not directly at the apartment.

Good location, truly terrible hygiene

Big living room with plenty space to sit. Facilities were good with a decent kitchen (although not needed for a one night stay). Staff was very friendly. The view and location was amazing.

The bathroom was really nasty. It smelled really very bad and was not properly cleaned (hairs and stains). The smell was noticeable throughout the whole apartment. Moreover, the toilet and shower should be replaced. They are old and falling appart. The fact that the bathroom was so visibly disgusting, gave the same feeling of the rest. In addition, the bedroom was very small and the bed stood in front of half the door to the bathroom (hazardous and not convenient). Also, cleaning was done after checkin (it was not cleaned after the last visitor) and the cleaner came into the room before we even checked out. Very disappointimg. Lastly, there were very few sockets / power outlets. Cleaning SHOULD BE IMPROVED.

The host is a really nice girl, and the decoration of the apartment is very nicely decorated

The area is very noisy due to the tram stop behind. I would also recommend getting a door to close the shower as it is very easy to spill water outside.

De ligging is uitstekend , sleutel ophalen ook dichtbij.

Appartement blinkt niet uit in luxe. Mis wel de televisie voor de avonden. Anders dan vermeld geen stopcontact in slaapkamer. Douche kan niet op regendouche gezet worden. Grootste voordeel is de ideale ligging. Het gebouw heeft wel een dringende renovatie nodig

De lift is niet betrouwbaar. Vanaf 4e verdieping heeft die veel haperingen.

-Pas de place de parking Si vous venez en voiture, les parkings publics à proximité sont assez chers, autour de 25 € pour 24 h. Nous nous sommes garés plus loin, à environ 15 minutes à pied)

De ligging is goed, in het centrum. Het uitzicht was ook top. Inchecken is op een andere locatie, hou rekening met nog een klein stukje lopen. Het oppervlak was schoon

Dit appartement was heel krap, anders dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Je kunt hier met max 4 mensen slapen, en zelfs dat is al erg krap. Wij waren met 7 en dat was niet te doen. Daarnaast is er geen airconditioning en werd het er in juni bloedheet. Het is er heel gehorig, ''s nachts word je wakker gehouden door voorbijgangers en 's ochtends word je wakker met aan twee kanten elk half uur kerkklokken.Het beddengoed was schoon, de matrassen zaten vol vlekken, al zaten er gelukkig voor zover wij konden zien geen beestjes in. Nooit meer, ik boek volgende keer een hotel voor vriendinnenweekend

Het appartement is gelegen op een top locatie, midden in het centrum! Alles is op loop afstand en makkelijk bereikbaar.

De slaapbanken zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Misschien wat meer servies en bestek in de keuken dit is redelijk beperkt.
