Direction to the cabin were clear even in the dark. Cabin was clean and presentable. The Christmas decorations were a very nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at Haven Haus and especially loved spending time on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub, it’s such a peaceful spot to unwind.A few things to keep in mind:If you plan to cook during your stay, be sure to bring all your own ingredients, as the kitchen doesn’t include any basic pantry staples. That was a first for us when renting a vacation home and something I wish I’d known in advance. Even with good directions, the house was a bit tricky to locate after dark, and the road leading in from the main road is rough and uneven, so take it slow.Overall, the home was comfortable, the cleanliness was decent, and the setting made for a relaxing getaway. With a few small tweaks, it could be an even more enjoyable stay.

Bedrooms were comfy! Quiet area. A couple miles from Helen. Hard to find though becasue there is no street sign. Even food delivery service couksnt find it. Cabin was clean, bit bathroom mats are filthy and shower had dead roach.

We found dead roaches upon arrival. The kitchen drawer with utensils would not pull out and I had to fix it. The rug in the hall is a trip hazard. No ice trays in the freezer. AC did not cool the upstairs.
