Comfortable, simply furnished flat with a private terrace in the most beautiful residential area of Pula, 150 metres from the beautiful Valkane beach. One bedroom has a double bed for two persons (190 x 160 cm). The second bedroom has a double bed for two (200 x 140 cm). The living room has two beds (190 x 80 cm). The property is surrounded by a landscaped garden with lots of greenery. The 130 m2 flat with terrace on the second floor has 85 m2 of living space and a 45 m2 terrace and is equipped for a maximum of 6 persons. The flat is cooled and heated via the main air-conditioning system for the entire flat. Parking for cars is a few metres from the flat in a free public car park that is always available. Cats and turtles live in the garden, so the place is more suitable for animal lovers and offers a resting place for children and parents. Smoking is not permitted in the flat, only on the terrace. Guests have exclusive access from the flat to the courtyard. Standing in the garden is not permitted. The patio fence is protected by a net and the entrance to the patio has a gate, so small children are safe and can play without your supervision. Satellite television programmes are exclusively 'free-to-air' and connected to the Internet. For the 2024 season, the swimming pool will not be operational and will therefore not be offered. Within a radius of 50-500 metres you will find everything you need: beautiful beaches and pine forests, restaurants, tennis, football and basketball courts, a municipal swimming pool, post office, bank, fruit and vegetable market, supermarket, clothes shop, shopping centre and CineStar cinema, bicycle, boat and canoe hire, water ski lift and diving centre, and a walk in the pine forest. The beach, 150 m from the flat, is 2 km long and consists of pebble beaches, concrete beaches and natural stone slab beaches. Please call the flat one hour before your arrival or send a message, WhatsApp or Viber so that the host can pick you up and open the flat. The deposit can only be paid in cash. The time between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. will be dedicated to cleaning the flat, so the arrival time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For each pet, a charge of one tenth of the total price paid to the agency for the stay will be made. . Payment will be made in cash on the day of arrival. All pets that might cause harm to other animals must wear a muzzle and leash from the house to the garden exit. Pets are allowed on beds and sofas, but you must bring a kennel for them. You must specify how many and which pets you wish to bring. The 45 m² private terrace is equipped with a door, so you do not have to worry about your pet climbing the stairs or running in the garden, which is strictly forbidden.
