Typical rural house of the XIX century, renovated in 2006, located in the mountain in the valley of Soba (Cantabria) bordering the valley of Carranza (Basque Country).
The house is composed of 5 individual apartments that share a large living room on the ground floor with bathroom and outside barbecue and common garden area.
Perfect for families, groups of friends, vacations or getaways to rest and enjoy the tranquility.
This apartment has a sloping roof with good height and 3 "Velux" windows in the ceiling. It consists of spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. One of the rooms has a bed of 150cms and the second room has three beds of 90cms.

Estuvimos con mi mujer y mis dos hijos del 10 al 18 de Agosto... Fue de maravilla... la casa es perfecta, sobretodo los apartamentos con balcón... tiene todo lo necesario. Rafa y su mujer son muy atentos y siempre están cuando los necesitas. Mi hijo pequeño disfrutó de la casa tanto como del futbolín!! Y bueno el entorno es magnifico... tanto para visitar el valle como para visitar toda Cantabría que es lo que nosotros hicimos... Una elección fenomenal... recomendamos a todo el mundo la casa!

Pasamos unos días estupendos. El equipamiento perfecto,todo prácticamente nuevo, las vistas maravillosas y Rafa y Sara siempre muy atentos y amables. Lo único malo no haber podido pasar más días allí, se nos hizo muy corto. Habrá que volver con nuestra futura hija!!

estuvimos en semana santa, si estuvimos genial, fuimos con un niño y te da mucha libertad tener el apartamento para preparar comidas, estas como en casa,pero con unas vistas impresionantes sobre todo en primavera, el entorno ha sido lo mejor unas vistas muy bonitas, con rutas, cuevas, karpin aventura, muy entretenido, volvere.
