The Rustico VIP The holiday home "Il Rustico VIP" is a charming villa surrounded by a private park where you can enjoy a beautiful view. We had a Great time in Stefanos wonderful House. The view on the sea is Amazing and can not be paid with money. Stefano is very nice and helpful Host. He Gave us a lot of Tipps and we really enjoyed our stay in „il rustico“.

Can't say enough about Stefano and his gorgeous property. Amazing view, nicely appointed and clean accommodations, welcoming host with great suggestions and recommendations. We were enchanted from start to finish.

This property is advertised as a 3 bed property and when we arrived only one was available and another rented to another couple. The owner insisted the other couple would leave but only after we forced the issue did they. The owner was upset we raised this point and said our dog barked in the morning. I found this unpleasant as dog's were welcome and do bark! We had no privacy with a second couple. We required the 3 rooms (long stay and both of us were working remotely for part of it) and in the end only got two. The property is in a beautiful place and great view but was let down by poor outside furniture and lack of cleanliness on arrival. The price as as result is too high for what you get. Very disappointing.

Beautiful space, well appointed, including room suites that feel private if wanted. The view of Paradise Bay is exquisite. Best of all is the wonderful host, Stefano, who goes out of his way to welcome his guests and ensure that they are comfortable and have what they need for a lovely stay. He is warm and has a great sense of humor. Hoping to get back to Il Rustico soon!

This lovely Italian villa exceeded our expectations from check in to check out. We arrived in a car and had no trouble finding it. The peaceful setting overlooking the sea was perfect to wake up to with morning coffee or relax at the end of a sightseeing day to watch the sunset . There was nothing we needed and didn’t have and the owners were on site in the unit above to cater to any request. It was an amazing experience! We walked the narrow rock/cement paths to Camogli which was amazing! We also took more official trails from the villa to Portofino , Santa Margherita and a cove only accessible by boat or foot. These were longer than a walk into Camogli but great way to get exercise! I would highly recommend this location if you want to be away from major action in a peaceful setting but within walking distance to restaurants and bus lines .

Very brief. A very warm welcome, helpful throughout, the property had all that was wanted and more, the views are jaw dropping and the area a delight to live in. Absolutely wonderful, thank-you.
