About this cottage rental
The Masia Casa Roja is an old country house from the 16th century. XVII, in the center of Penedès, in the town of Banyeres del Penedès, surrounded by vineyards, facing the sea and protected by the Montmell mountains.
The farmhouse has been restored preserving the structure, original respecting and enhancing its personality as much as possible. In its interior we find in perfect harmony and balance the original charm together with the comfort and the comforts of some present spaces.
In the rehabilitation, sustainability and environmental protection criteria have been followed, using as much as possible recovered and ecological materials, betting strongly on solar and biomass renewable energies, to offer them a healthy and environmentally friendly stay.
The incorporation of the home automation in its operation, allows an access management, comfortable, safe and with total autonomy, improving the comfort during your vacations and vacations.
In the whole of the farmhouse there are eight rooms (4 with double bed, 2 with double beds and 2 more with three beds), two sofa beds, 5 bathrooms and a small toilet that serves the kitchen - dining room and a room Living or large common space, a patio, barbecue ...
In seasons it is rented as MASIA COMPLETA with capacity up to 18 people and in others it is rented as 5 independent accommodations with capacities for 2,4 and 5 people, being the accommodations EL CELLER and EL MASOVER the ones of 2 people, LA PUBILLA with capacity for 4 People and L'HEREU and LES SITGES with capacities of 5 people each. All of them are fully equipped with individual and exclusive kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and one or two rooms depending on the accommodation.
The sports facilities of shared use to which they have free access and our clients are located about 100 meters from the farmhouse and are composed of football field, tennis court, basketball, petanque and in summer season the pools and their enclosure.

Preciosa masia con mucha historia que nos contó Josep, uno d sus dueños. Decorada con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades. Muy buena ubicación para recorrer interior y costa. Josep encantador, nos dio mucha información d la zona. Volveremos.

Excelente casa por habitaciones, muy completa, no falta de nada. Cocina muy equipada. Todo está en muy buen estado.
La estancia fue mi agradable.
Interesante para estar tranquilo, y hacer excursiones a zonas más bulliciosas..... calçotadas, bodegas, playas, port aventura, etc....
Para los amantes del senderismo hay alguna excursión bonita en los alrededores.

Visitada una semana en agosto de 2012. Buscábamos un sitio tranquilo y con piscina para disfrutar con el peque de 3 años y hemos cumplido expectativas al 100%. Joan, el propietario es un encanto. La zona muy tranquila, en una urbanización en la zona del penedés pero a 15 minutos de las playas de Coma-ruga y Calafell. Estuvimos en el apartamento "El Celler", en la planta baja, ideal para 2/3 personas. Muy acertado el sistema domótico que permite entrar y salir de la casa sin necesidad de llaves, algo muy práctico porque os garantizo que si vais en verano pasareis la mitad del tiempo en la estupenda y enorme piscina (es compartida con la urbanización, a 30 segundos de la casa). La piscina es de 10, y el señor que cuida de ella, Eufrasio, es majísimo. La casa tiene de todo, lavadora, lavavajillas, incluso horno y WIFI. El único pero que le puedo poner es la falta de aire acondicionado, aunque hay ventilador. Estamos deseando volver.

Hola:
Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, en Masía Casa Roja. En concreto el apartamento que nos toco a nosotros (La Pubilla) era muy acogedor, la decoración era muy bonita, moderna pero a la vez antigua. La cocina estaba totalmente equpada, tenía hasta lavavajillas. Todo estaba muy limpio y la tranquilidad era absoluta.
Por el entorno bonitos pueblos y cellers para visitar.
