About this apartment rental
The apartment has three bedrooms all with direct outside ventilation and therefore natural light. In can accommodate 5 people perfectly. In the event that fewer people come there is no problem as the rooms that are not used are closed.
It also has radiant floor heating. Of course the apartment has a bathroom with tub and elements necessary for personal hygiene. In the bathroom, you will also find a small kit for basic cures and little pains that sometimes arise.
We have a double room with a bed of 1.50 m for two people and a large closet where you can store all your clothes and more.
The single room has a bed for one person and a closet to store your clothes and things. The window of this room opens directly onto Columbus Street so you have plenty of light, which together with its decoration make it very cheerful. From another double room with two beds, you can see the old part of our city.
In the living room you can relax and unwind after a long day of visiting the city. Also in the living room we have a small library and some games for the little ones. In the most prominent you can find tourist information and Cuenca province.
The apartment is located on Columbus Street, one of the main streets of the city, parallel to the street Carretería, the most famous of Cuenca.
From the apartment you can reach the old part of Cuenca right foot with a pleasant stroll through the narrow streets or bus that stops at the door.
All streets around the apartment have blue zone and it's hard not to find parking, but if you want to save parking, 30 meters have one open 24 hours .
Besides accounts with supermercador to buy necessities to eat just around the corner . No need to buy more because we have the necessary amenities utilies and also we leave sugar, salt, sachets of Nescafe .. and chocolate milk, plus a small welcome gift you will find in the refrigerator.
If your choice is cooked food , 20 m also find a takeaway shop one fine chickens.

Por aquí dejo mi opinión sobre el Apartamento Beatriz por si sirve de ayuda de cara a próximos huéspedes :)
Se trata de una buhardilla acogedora pero super bien aprovechado el espacio, nosotros fuimos 4 personas y estuvimos muy agustos y muy cómodos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo muy bien cuidado y las camas (cama principal y sofa cama) bastante cómodas.
En cuanto a la situación del apartamento está bastante céntrico ya que puedes ir andando al casco antiguo de la ciudad (es un paseito pero merece la pena las vistas), aún así cerca del apartamento hay varias paradas de autobuses que puedes coger y subir hasta el casco antiguo. Cerca también hay un supermercado, el parking para dejar el coche y una churrería muy buena para ir a desayunar (totalmente recomedable).
Sin olvidarnos de Beatriz anfitriona del apartamento, muy agradable y siempre disponible por si pasaba cualquier cosa además de ayudarnos con los puntos turísticos y sitios para comer y desayunar.
Totalmente recomendable el alojamiento.

En primer lugar, espectacular la atención de la Sra. Beatriz en todo momento, desde la semana anterior cuando contactamos hasta el final. Todo facilidades, buena atención y simpatía.
El apartamento situado en la calle Colón, ofrece todo lo que dice, y sabiendo que es pequeño, tiene todas las comodidades. Ideal para 3 personas. Está en la calle paralela a la zona comercial, con parking al lado, y con buenos accesos y salidas. A 15´ andando del centro histórico.
Totalmente recomendable.

un sitio ideal para pasar unos dias en cuenca un lugar donde todo lo tienes a mano supermercado tiendas parada de autobus y a pie estas en 5 minutos en el centro.Su propietaria Beatriz una persona muy agradable atenta y educada. lo pasamos muy bien y sera nuestro lugar cuando volvamos a la ciudad de Cuenca.

Desde el primer momento en que nos pusimos en contacto con Beatriz (la propietaria) todo fue amabilidad, buenos consejos y un trato exquisito.
El apartamento esta en una zona muy practica para visitar Cuenca y su entorno, dado que esta cerca de todo supermercados, tiendas, bares etc, ademas dispone de aparcamiento vigilado 24 hrs que facilita las entradas y salidas de excursiones
El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio singular y tanto la limpieza como la comodidad nos hizo sentir como en nuestra propia casa, por otro lado el descanso es genial, camas muy cómodas y noches tranquilas que nos permitían dormir con la ventana abierta, dado que NO somos muy amigos del aire acondicionado, que haberlo lo hay, algunas ocasiones lo gastamos y era potente y silencioso.
Por otro lado la cocina y cuarto de baño tiene todo el menaje de hogar que puedas necesitar.
El comedor dispone biblioteca adulta/ infantil y juegos para niños
También dispone de wifi.
Resumiendo, hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en Cuenca y cuando volvamos nos gustaría poder volver a disfrutar de este apartamento.
