Casa Rural La Viña, is composed of 3 buildings: La Viña 1, La Viña 2 and La Viña 3. It is located in the heart of Cuzcurrita de Rio Tirón, a Riojan town known since the 11th century, between Carnicerías and Cierzo streets. Its old construction, masonry load-bearing walls and wooden beams provide the Casa Rural with a traditional and welcoming character in its entirety. Its interior patio of a singular beauty, acts as a link between both buildings.
Vineyard 1: 4 rooms, living room, kitchen and dining room.
Vineyard 2: 3 rooms, living room and kitchen-dining room.
Vineyard 3: 2 rooms and kitchen-living-dining room.
In Casa Rural La Viña we are committed to the environment, and therefore, we have provided the house with solar panels to make the necessary contribution of energy, a lighting system of low consumption and natural materials such as cork for insulation or lime for walls.
We want to achieve, that all our visitors feel comfortable. We wait for you!

Really fabulous apartment in beautiful cuzcurrita. We enjoyed this beautiful city, it’s architecture and proximity to the la Rioja wine region. The bikes were a fabulous addition. We really enjoyed our stay

Hemos pasado un extraordinario fin de semana en casa de Miguel. Al ser un grupo superior a 20 personas, alquilamos las 3 casas y el resultado ha sido fantástico.
Las casas están muy bien mantenidas y con todo el equipamiento necesario para comidas a gran escala. En la más grande hay una inmensa mesa de comedor donde podíamos reunirnos hacer las comidas. Si preferíamos barbacoa o paella, también podíamos reunirnos en otra mesa montada en la zona recreativa, o incluso fuera. Todo es muy fácil y flexible en la casa de Miguel. Él te ayuda, orienta y aconseja en lo que necesites.
El salón de juegos (billar, futbolín, tv panorámica y bicicletas) es una maravilla. Los más jóvenes y menos jóvenes lo hemos disfrutado. Si a todo esto añadimos la belleza y encanto del paraje de Cuzcurrita y alrededores, no te quieres mover de allí.
Si quieres pasar unos días de verdadero ensueño, no lo dudes: Reserva este alojamiento rural.

La Casa Rural La Viña consta de tres viviendas independientes con un patio, una sala de juegos (billar, futbolín) y un asador de uso común. Estuvimos en La Viña 1, una casa sumamente confortable, limpia y con todos los electrodomésticos que se puedan necesitar, incluido lavaplatos. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, con unos colchones cómodos, lo que junto al silencio del entorno permite descansar perfectamente. En el patio se dispone de unas bicicletas y la casa cuenta con wifi, que funciona a la perfección. Hay que destacar la cordialidad de Miguel, el propietario, dispuesto en todo momento a orientar sobre la zona, aconsejar rutas, etc. No hay ningún problema para aparcar en la proximidad de la casa, y a pocos pasos de la puerta se encuentra el Horno San Miguel, donde proveerse de un pan y una bollería excelentes.
La ubicación de La Viña es ideal por su proximidad a numerosos lugares de gran interés, tanto gastronómico como enológico, paisajístico, histórico y monumental. Asimismo, Cuzcurrita es un remanso de paz ideal para pasar unos días de tranquilidad.
En conclusión, se trata de un alojamiento muy recomendable al que sin duda volveremos.

Miguel the owner was an excellent host. He had arranged an English speaker via the phone when we checked in and also an English translator for when we toured his winery. The Casa lLa Vina is in the middle of a very small medieval village of around 400 population. There is a bakery for the best croissants literally just around the corner and also a small grocery store. There are five small bars within walking distance. Miguel has a small boutique winery and he will give you a very informative tour of his winery and how wine is produced in the La Roja. His wine is the best we've tasted in Spain. We had a wonderful 4 nights here and got to know some of the locals which made it even more of an "off the beaten track" experience. You can park your car just outside the accommodation.
