Location!!!

Beds a bit soft; some problems with finding correct WiFi network and the router but issue got solved eventually

The location was great in the central and very busy street but the apartment was very quiet . The place is spacious but actually it has one bedroom. There are many restaurants nearby and grocery shops. Bus, tram and metro are close.

The free WiFi didn't work during most of our 2 weeks stay. There were no hand and kitchen towels . No cable tv only via Internet( which didn't work) There is no elevator The bed mattresses are too soft The apartment maintenance could be better.

Excellent location can’t beat it in Warsaw. Apartment is in the center of the action. Close to stores, old town, busses and trams but in a gated building with a guard so totally safe. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Clean space, good water pressure and air conditioning.

Check-in was at 4:50pm instead of 4:00pm

Good location. The apartment itself is spacious, with a large kitchen equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a coffee machine, and tea, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by about an hour because the apartment was not ready, and the key safe code we initially received was incorrect. We were travelling with three children, which made the delay especially difficult. The apartment was advertised for six guests, but the blue sofa bed was broken and could not be unfolded, so there were not enough proper sleeping places. We reported the problem immediately, and a technician came to inspect it but confirmed that it could not be repaired. Only then were we offered another apartment. However, by that time it was already evening, we had unpacked, settled in with our children, and were exhausted after a long journey, so moving to a different location was not a practical option. The Wi-Fi also did not work during our stay despite the technician’s visit. There were not enough cutlery items for six guests, and some towels had visible old stains. The coffee machine was a nice addition, but only one coffee capsule was provided despite the booking being for six guests. Unfortunately, we spent much of our first evening dealing with these issues instead of enjoying our stay.
