The house is functional and comfortably furnished for a group of up to 5 people. (There's an extra room with bunk beds for 2 more, but it's inside another room). The expansive roof deck is spectacular and well equipped with direct views of the lake. House is across the street from a small beach so easy to hop out for a swim. The town is not at all touristy and filled with local characters.
The house became extremely hot -- and as no fans or a/c provided, we ended up having to drive to Como and buy our own fan. House is well located across street from the water, but the town has no real restaurants or activities, and it's a several mile walk to next town over (though along a lovely walking path). The owner provided very clear arrival instructions but parking was difficult and confusing; we often needed to park over 10 minutes away up a very steep hill.
