We had an amazing stay at Tim and Kim's home. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor entertainment area where we spent most of our time if we werent downtown. We met Tim the owner and he was a lovely guy along with his son Montrel. There was 7 of us girls and 5 of us were celebrating our 50th birthdays. We can't say enough great things about this property. Its been weeks since we were there and we are all still talking about how much fun we had there. We definitely want to come back.

First off the house is absolutely gorgeous and located in a great area with everything close by. The only problem we had which we should have been notified beforehand was there was a party/event 50-75 people attending right next door to include a DJ. We had been gone all day and were excited to come home to relax and take a swim. When we arrived there were cars everywhere and the music could be heard from over a block away. We notified the property manager however she was at the event. We asked them to turn down the music and they did for about 10 minutes but the blaring noise continued until after 11:00 p.m. And recreational smoke came in thru our closed windows and doors til after 1:00 a.m. As an asthmatic this was very hard for me to breathe not only that night but the next day. We weren't really sure what to do - with the property manager there she should have known it would be too loud ( we couldn't even hear our tv sound) and should have notified us so we were given the choice beforehand if we wanted to keep our reservation or not rented out the house for that weekend. This was not a last minute gathering, there was a tent, multiple tables and chairs and a DJ which was right by our back door. There is a motion detection light on the back corner of our house which you have to walk in our driveway to turn on, it basically blinked off and on til the wee hours of the morning. Our trip was only 4 days so we didn't have a lot of time to catch up on lost sleep.
