Breton house of 90m2 for up to 4 people, with south facing garden, located in the village center 150 meters from shops, 3 minutes from the beaches of Plouhinec by car, 20 minutes from Lorient and Carnac, Quiberon, La Trinité on sea.
Plouhinec is a classified resort "Blue Flag" with 2 beaches labeled since 2009: Kervegant and Le Magouero

- a fitted kitchen with a new hot air oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, fridge / freezer
- A living room equipped with 2 sofas, coffee table, table and chairs, TV 102cm
- a bathroom with bath and washbasin
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 entrance equipped with a large closet

- 1 double bedroom (160x200) with TV
- 1 double bedroom (140x190)

South facing terrace equipped with BBQ, deckchairs, tables, chairs, parasol and garden of about 150m2
