Very well-equipped apartment with an amazing view of the sea. The location was also very convenient, around 15 minutes on foot from the center. Haig, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming, met us on arrival, and explained everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location directly on the sea front. Restaurants, bars and Larnaka town all within good walking distances. Allocated parking space and Haig was extremely helpful.

We highly recommend this apartment! We spent 4 days here during an extended weekend in January. The host, Haig, was very friendly and helpful—he’ll gladly suggest what to see, where to eat, and how to get around. The apartment is lovely, clean, and very well-equipped. The morning view is breathtaking, especially at sunrise, with the beach and marina right in front of you. The beach is just two floors down—absolutely worth it! It’s perfect for a family of 4-5 (2+2-3) or, as in our case, for a group of friends. It’s also conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the old town, and close to bus stops for trips to Nicosia (the capital of Cyprus), Ayia Napa (with its stunning coastline), and Salt Lake.
