About this apartment rental
Directly on one of the largest squares in Europe, apartment composed of an entrance-living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a service, with a FREE PARKING of my property reserved for guests and with FREE WI-FI-FIBER area . The only service available for a fee and on request is air conditioning, which can be requested and canceled at any time. To get there it is very easy, as soon as you exit the train station of Padua, take the TRAM towards Sud-Guizza in only six stops you are in Prato della Valle where the apartment is located and where I welcome you for the delivery of the keys.

Due to VRBO's admitted technical difficulty with our 2nd payment, VRBO actually tried to cancel this booking at the last minute. VERY poor business practice indeed. Thankfully, we were able to contact our host and made arrangements to pay on arrival.
Once checked in we realized how well the apartment is located! A bit small but lovely with enough space for two, very clean, reasonably well stocked (Gianni purchased cereal bowls for us) and the garden entrance is adorable. Parked our car right outside the door in the private spot as promised and then easily walked all over the Old City with its bounty of precious architecture and astounding sites. Padua was even better than we'd hoped. We felt safe and well cared for the entire week and you just can't beat that. Thank you Gianni!!!!!

Gianni was in touch from early afternoon to update my ETA and to ensure that I knew about the direct bus to Padua FS. When I arrived , he showed me around this compact apartment, how everything worked etc. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, from tea coffee olive oil kitchen towel etc. Modern furniture and fittings,. Comfortable double bed, excellent shower unit and very effective AC. It was well into the 30s at times but within minutes, the AC created a good temperature and I found it could be switched off within a short period. Remarkably quiet loccation almosr zero noise. Gianni and his famuly live above , and he is almost instant in his replies on Whats App even on a Sunday morning. You are literally directly into Prato Delle Valle; Latge Despar within 400 meters, lots of cafes and bars for breakfast; just at bottom og one of the main thoroughfares into the old city and the shopping centre; The old food market on Piazza delle Erbe is minutes away on foot; and a large PAM just beyond. The aoartment is between 2 tram stops, (400 and 150 metres. Tram is quick,and easy way to get around. For those who like, a jog or walk, 4 stops to Bassinello and you can walk for miles on a comfortable track ; The quality of the apartment , its locaton, and the advice from Gianni made it so easy to enjoy Padova and the train system gets you to Vicenza Verona Venice Lago di Garda quickly and cheaply .

Giovanni est très aimable Son logement est très bien situé et permet de visiter Padoue et de pouvoir aller à Venise facilement. Nous recommandons cette location.
