Nothing

The property is nice. The room was good quality. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. But this is a rental unit so it's a different experience. The hotel is really only responsible for check in and check out. Anything you need when renting this unit is handled by a third party, and their service was not top notch.

We had an accidental spill of wine on the bed. Contacted the rental agency and they adivsed us to replace the sheets with sheets under the sleep sofa. But the bed is king, the sleep sofa was queen, so the replacements would not fit. We told them that, and we had to wait till next day for replacements. The replacements were also the wrong size - mattress pad fit, but fitted sheet and waterproof cover were queen, not king so they did not fit. Sometimes they responded fairly quickly, sometimes they did not. Safe was not working and engineering could not remedy (they tried to remove old safe and replace it but could not.
