About this apartment rental

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 1. Stock eines Einfamilienhauses gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen Süd-West Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick zum Hausberg der Thierseer, "dem Pendling". Durch die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand von Kiefersfelden können die Gäste, zu Fuß, direkt den Hechtsee, den Thierberg, den Nußlberg und die Gießenbachklamm erwandern. Der Gasthof Kurzenwirt (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) bietet den Urlaubern gute bayerische regionale Küche. Im Winter ist unser Langlaufzentrum in der Mühlau in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, zum Skiparadies Hocheck mit Rodelbahn fährt man ca 10 Minuten und in die wunderbare Ski-Welt Wilder Kaiser, mit den Orten Söll; Ellmau; Scheffau in 30 Minuten. Haustiere/Hunde immer nur nach telefonischer Rücksprache dazu buchbar

Alles top
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Das Bad war auch neu renoviert und sah sehr modern aus. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und in guter Zustand. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett und mit einem kleinen Kind hat auch sehr gut gepasst. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und die Supermärkte sind nicht so weit weg. In der nähe ist auch in kleines Weg durch Wald, den Fluss entlang, bis zum Stadtzentrum. Durch die Gästekarten man bekommt auch eine kleine Ermäßigung in den Innsola Schwimmbad.
