What I like most about the neighborhood are its fantastic views, its tranquility and that it is close to everything: 5 'from a fantastic tapas area (sports hall), 15' walk from the historic center, 5 'drive from the Alhambra parking and 30 'from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. The apartment is also next to the Serrallo Plaza shopping center (5 'walk), Mercadona, gym, Spa, Restaurants and shops.

Carmen was a fantastic host who answered all of the many questions we had and helped make our visit wonderful!The apartment is more than adequate and parking was easy with the garage and easy street parking. The unit is close to a grocery store and a bus line. There is a travel card that is kept in the apartment for guests to use which made it very easy. Just add some money to it and off you go. Lots of information is provided in the apartment which made the visit easy.There is also a great view in front of the apartment as there are no buildings in front of it. It's a great place to sit and have a drink and watch the world. This was easily the nicest place we stayed on our entire trip and we would love to stay there again!

Carmen’s property was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, like oil, salt, etc. Carmen came and gave us great advice on how to access places around the city by bus and even a rechargeable card to use for the bus. We absolutely loved our stay in Granada. It was a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and a very lovely apartment, perfect for a couple. The property manager was very accommodating and very helpful. Thank you Carmen for making our stay in Granada enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property.
