New furniture and modern decoration, fitted wardrobes. Equipped independent kitchen, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery for four people. Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. 50 meter terrace equipped with dining room and chil out area, overlooking the sea and common areas. Wifi included Your pet is welcome as long as you control their behavior. At 800 meters from the sea line, access without jams to the magnificent beaches of Vera and bike path to the beach.

We had a fantastic 6 weeks . Great location , lovely apartment . The terrace was large and in the sun till around 4pm The apartment was spacious and clean,
The only issue we had was the wifi kept dropping out from time to time .
Would highly recommend as it felt home from home .

Tout était très bien pour nous, l'emplacement, la literie et les équipements. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Et nous avons apprécié le bon fonctionnement et le peu de bruit de la climatisation dans les chambres. Par contre il faut une voiture pour toutes vos courses (pas de pains ou magasins dans le complexe). Annonce conforme à la réalité. Merci bcp. Nous recommandons vivement.

El apartamento genial! Muy amplio y agradable, con una terraza a pie del comedor super cómoda y grande, dónde mis hijas han podido corretear para arriba y abajo todo el día o para desayunar/cenar tranquilamente. Contenía todos los enceres necesarios para una estancia larga. La urbanización muy cuidada y limpia, con una piscina estupenda. Un poco lejos del centro o playa para ir andando pero en coche te plantas en cinco minutos. Vera Playa es perfecto para conocer Cabo de Gata, dónde llegas por la autovía o si prefieres por la nacional. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días tranquilos (hemos estado en septiembre, no sé cómo sería en Julio/Agosto).
