The Nin de Beret 4 Apartment is located at the 1700 level, within the exclusive Baqueira Beret residential complex known as Nin de Beret. It is just 150 meters from the Tanau Beret chairlift, allowing for easy and convenient access on foot.
With a surface area of 90 m², plus a large terrace and garden, the apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and two full bathrooms.
Architecturally, it was built using traditional materials from the area, such as stone, slate, and wood.
The master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom includes a 135 cm bed and a bunk bed. These two rooms share the second bathroom, which, like the main one, is also equipped with a bathtub.
