About this cottage rental
Las Casas de María Carmona, are located in El Pozo de los Frailes, in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar, where you can enjoy its beaches and countryside. In addition, in El Pozo de los Frailes there is still the element that gave origin and name to this town: an old well, around which the town recently arose. After times of Berber attacks, at the end of the 18th century the area was colonized, under the direction of the friars of Santo Domingo de Almería. Today we can contemplate an excellent restoration of the artifice, made up of two large wheels that, using animal traction, drew water.

Hemos estado una semana muy comodos instalados en la casa Tierra, de varias que tiene la propietaria Sr.a María y su marido, los dos magisimos que se desviven por satisfacerte y hacer que todo sea lo más cómodo y confortable. Lo hemos pasado "pipa" viajando por toda la zona muy fresquita por cierto; pues yo no estaba del todo convencido que en esta epoca de verano la zona iba a resultar así, pues a pesar del clima, vegetación y el entorno parecido a Murcia, de donde soy, no tiene nada que ver, ya que a unso dos kilometros y poco más se encuentra la población de San José (todo esto pertenece a la comarca de NIJAR) turistico y con el mar mediterráneo, donde se comer muy bien. En fin que recomiendo la casa. Ah! y le pedí, por favor, poder tener conexión de wifi y la casa de un familiar me ayudo con la clave. Gracias por todo y volveremos, pero quizás en otra epoca del año para cambiar, pero repito que nos ha gustado mucho. Ah y se pueden hacer excursiones en barco, piraguismo o "swrfing" bueno todo esto es complementario en esa zona del Cabo de Gata que tambien atiende su familia aunque esto no me corresponde decirlo a mi, jeje, porque parece que tengo participación en el negocio, jeje. Gracias otra vez por todo.
