About this cottage rental
One of the larger houses which sleeps four persons has underfloor heating downstairs.
The sitting/dining room with a fireplace is on the ground floor, also an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stainless steel cookware, cutlery and crockery.
In the sitting-room there is also a tv, cd/dvd player. Music and movies can be borrowed from the reception area, where there is a good collection to choose from.
The bedroom is reached by an open staircase that leads from the living room. This bedroom has two single beds and aireconditioning.
A connecting door in the living room leads through to the main bedroom which also has a separate door onto the terrace. A double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin complete the accommodation. This room also has underfloor heating and aireconditioning.
The terrace at the front of the house gives wide views over the gardens and surroundings.

Yo soy una Sevillana que por 3º vez he venido a estas originales y acogedoras casas.Ya hemos probado 3 distintas y cada una tiene su encanto,me sorprenden todos los detalles fue hay fue te hacen sentir como en casa,su limpieza y encima un maravilloso paisaje te rodea.Caminos donde pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza.Lástima fue este fin de semana no hayamos podido salir a andar delido a la lluvia,pero lo hemos pasado muy bien de todas formas.Y seguro fue volveremos.Enhorabuena por hacer un lugar tan acogedor,tranquilo y con encanto

Casas y entorno preciosos, tal como se ve en la web.
Defectos que no se ven en la web:
- Falta mantenimiento: por ejemplo: baños con grifos y tapa de water sueltos y viejos. Falta de iluminación eléctrica en baños y salón (para leer o comer). Baños calentados con calefactor de aire caliente viejo, sin instrucciones de uso y roto. Duchas medio atascadas por la cal. Tapicerías de sofás y cortinas de limpieza “sospechosa”.
-Falta limpieza para el precio por alojamiento.
-Sobran elementos decorativos y muebles viejos, sucios y mal conservados.
-En la casa donde nos alojamos (Tortuga), no hay suelo radiante en uno de los dos dormitorios. Menos mal que no hizo excesivo frío. Se calentaba con un simple radiador de aceite en medio de la habitación.
Por todo ello, creo que la relación calidad/precio está muy justita, como para adjudicarle un simple “aprobado”.
