About this apartment rental

Below our beautiful heritage listed stone cottage sits this cosy Queen bed studio with it's own private entrance. It comprises a comfy queen sized bed, a sitting area with sofa & armchairs. There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster & Nespresso machine. Please note there are no other cooking facilities & no kitchen sink. There is an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. In addition there is a flat screen TV, underfloor heating & a small outdoor table setting. You also have use of the pool & pool loungers. All linen & pool towels are supplied. There is plenty of free on street parking & buses to the city are 5 mins walk. The ferry is a 20min walk. Shops, restaurants, cafes & pubs are all available within a 10-15min walk. You will find tea, coffee, milk, juice, fruit, muffins & cereals etc to get you started on your arrival

Everything was perfect! A lovely studio in a lovely neighbourhood and outstanding hosts. We had a great time and the studio was perfect, everything we needed and more. Thanks again for the incredible hospitality Sue! We hope to be back again.

Sue and Donald were perfect hosts and the excellent property suited us perfectly in a quiet, attractive area with easy transport alternatives to driving.
