Lovely and clean. Nice and spacious. Had everything we needed. Proximity to town. Right across the road to the beach.
The carpark. It was super tight and we could only get one car in due to the 2m height limit so had to park on the street and pay for parking.

Lovely location overlooking the sea. Easy walking into Byron Bay centre. Secure parking. Small patio at front with views. Apartment block appeared to be well maintained. Good size rooms, fully equipped with washing machine etc. All rooms had ceiling fans
No air-conditioning in 2nd bedroom.

Great location.
There is an obvious water leak coming up through the hallway tiles. It is a bit disconcerting to be walking on squishy tiles. This problem should be fixed before renting out the apartment again especially when premium price is charged.
