Iridium Hotel

I had a very nice one-night stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, very welcoming, always smiling, and professional. I also really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which made the stay even better. The customer service team was cooperative, helpful, and open to feedback. We had a few small issues when we first arrived, but they fixed everything on the spot. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were large, the shower water pressure was excellent, and the room lighting was very convenient for doing makeup. I also liked that there were big mirrors in the room and in the bathrooms. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows in the master room were a bit too high for my liking. The hotel is generally quiet, although the windows don’t fully block the street noise, especially motorcycles. Still, it was on the quieter side overall. The AC was quite cold, so if you get cold easily, it’s better to bring something warm. There were nice welcoming touches in the room, including water, drinks, sweets, coffee, and tea. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service.
