Everything was absolutely exceptional! The only thing I would suggest would be a different mattress in the master bedroom as it was more than awful to sleep on.
The master bedroom mattress was terrible. The pull out sofa had more cushion than the actual bed itself.

The location is nice 5 min drive to eateries and 10 mins to nearest beach. It was quiet and the place was really nice with the exception of a few things.
Dirty Dishes! Shower gets water all over the floor and there is clear water damage due to this. The property really needs some new paint.
