Cottage - Majviken

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge an die Küste, zu den Seen und nach Göteborg. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick vom Schlafzimmer und vom Esstisch hinaus auf die Bucht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Die einsame Lage ist grandios. Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Parkplatz kostenlos. Im Haus befand sich alles, was man benötigt. Vor allem der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer oben ist wirklich beeindruckend.

Die Treppe nach oben ist vielleicht nicht für Leute etwas, die einen größeren Hund haben. Wir haben unseren immer hoch getragen, weil es nicht anders ging. Aber das ist auch wirklich das einzige Manko. 😉

This cottage was absolutely magical! We stayed for 6 nights and would have happily stayed longer. It is in a beautiful secluded coastal area with a lovely view, and was spectacularly well equipped with everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and we also enjoyed splitting wood for the antique heating stove (although there is electric heating as well). The cottage was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and as we checked in over Easter weekend the hosts had made some really special Easter touches for us, which we loved!! It is in a great location with a supermarket under 10mins drive away, and close to multiple nature reserves for hiking (there is one 15 mins drive away!) - we picked it as we were in Sweden for a hiking holiday. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and really helpful and responsive as well. Staying here absolutely made our holiday, so thank you!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This small cottage including the position nearby the sea is amazing. Service and hospitality of the owner Glenn and Ann-Britt is extraordinary. Thank you for 2 wonderful weeks with our old pug in sweden.
