The staff went above and beyond. Sometimes, even better than 5-star hotels I've stayed in.
The two bedroom suite was very spacious. Two large bedrooms with plenty of storage.
The sofa beds in the lounge were ultra comfy if you need to sleep there.
Room service was fast, polite and tasty.
Good WiFi.
Breakfast was good.
Loved the pool as most days there were only a handful of guests using it. Very comfortable sunbeds and shaded canopies.
Plenty of parking and some shaded spots.
The cleanliness could be improved. Chambermaid knocked even when 'Do not Disturb' was illuminated.
Even though it purports to being beach side, it's not.

very nice breakfast and most of the staff was friendly
we stayed there for 6 days and the pool wasn’t cleaned once. the water at the end of our stay was blurry and at the bottom of the pool you could see dirt. my boyfriend got bacterial infection from it as the hospital informed us.
