About this apartment rental

True ski in/ski out, slopeside, 4 Bedroom, 3-1/2 Bath, sleeps 9. This high end unit is uniquely situated affording winter views of both Sugarloaf and the Bigelow range. Step out the lower level back door and 50 yds away is the Lower Binder trail straight down to the Superquad lift! No need to stress over a crowded restaurant when you can ski right home for lunch. This gorgeous 3 level condo only gets rented for a very limited amount of time per season. Upper level has master suite with full bath and 2 more bedrooms with another full bath. Middle level has front deck, cozy living room with fireplace and 48” TV, Bluetooth SoundLink speaker, 1/2 bath, handsome maple kitchen with granite countertop, bar seating for 5 and dining table seating 8 with view of Bigelow range. Lower level has attractive tongue and groove pine entry area with closet and cubbies for ski equipment, laundry room, full bath, and living/sleeping area that's great for the kids! It has a sofa, lounge chairs, 42” TV and console, twin bed and a twin bunkbed. This condo has on call free shuttle service and is a prime location for skiing and accessing the base area restaurants!

We are a family of four who recently enjoyed a week-long ski holiday at this lovely townhouse. It’s in a great location—just steps away from the slopes. It is comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, immaculately kept, and has a beautiful view over the Carrabassett Valley. The owner is attentive, friendly and helpful. We recommend it unreservedly.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all essential tools for cooking. Location was great for easy ski in and ski out.
