About this apartment rental
This fourth floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf view condo in the Madeira Norte complex has a panoramic beach view, as well as a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Extra big balcony. The famus John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is located just across the street with its many shops, restaurants, boardwalk, fishing, boat, jet-ski & para-sail rentals. Several Trolley's run up & down the beach with a stop right in front of our building! The Trolley travels all the way down to St. Petersburg to just before beautiful Clearwater Beach.
We are located 5 miles North of St. Petersburg on the Gulf side, 20 - 30 minutes from Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and not far from Orlando & Disney World. Our condo has a private heated pool and direct access to the Gulf!

This is the second time we have stayed at the condo. Clean, great communication from owner, just as expected. Great location, close to anything you would need. John’s Pass is is directly across the street. Well maintained property, highly recommend staying here
