About this apartment rental
Great loft apartment with small balcony located in the center of Granada with double bed, and sofa bed, with all the necessary amenities to spend a perfect stay.
Central neighborhood of Granada, 5 min. walking from the center, being located the Alhambra to 3 km.
REGULATIONS OF OBLIGATED ACCEPTANCE BY THE REGULAR GUESTS OF THE TOURIST OR VACATIONAL RENTAL OF APARTMENT SUBJECT TO THE SPANISH CIVIL CODE
The entrance to the apartment is from 15:00 to 17:00
Check out must be made before 12:00 Hours.
Apartment not suitable for babies or small children.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
It is prohibited to dispose of any other solid waste other than toilet paper to the toilet. In case of an obstacle, the cost of the settlement will be deducted from the deposit
It is forbidden to clean the paint and makeup on the towels. In case of soiling, 5 € per dirty hand towel will be deducted, and € 10 per large towel
The extra bed has a surcharge of € 15 per person per night.
No annoying parties or noises are allowed to disturb the rest of the neighbors, causing immediate expulsion of the accommodation, and a fine of € 150 may be imposed for breach of contract.
Obligatory copy of the identity document or passport of the guest, who is responsible to the landlord for the good purpose of this contract.
A deposit of € 200 is required and will be refunded within 7 days if the apartment is correct.
Photographs in the possession of the landlord, as well as those published on the web pages where the apartment is advertised, are considered for all purposes as an inventory of the furniture, fixtures and appliances existing in the dwelling, personally responding by the guest for any damages, breakage or disappearance of existing elements, installations or fixtures in the apartment.
In case of not leaving the apartment on the date of departure indicated in the application will be charged a surcharge of € 100 per day, which will be added to the rate corresponding to the days that have been extended the stay unconscious in the apartment. in addition to all direct and indirect expenses that such delay generates in the face of the recovery of the dwelling, including attorney and attorney fees. All this provided that the parties have not agreed in writing an extension of the rental period initially agreed, in which case it will be as agreed in the extension document.

Very nice apartment in excellent location to explore the city - 10 min walk to the city center. Very good communication with the owner. The property was easy to find and to access. Everything was as described in the advertising, the apartment was very clean and the furniture and appliances like new, providing all the comfort during our stay.
