About this house rental
Casa Eletta is a bright and sunny two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Eletta you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Eletta is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 60 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Eletta from the street level going up a 250-meters (820-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 180 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Eletta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), free of charge in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the bedroom. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: linens; towels; baggage porter at check-in.Available upon request: baby bed. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 80.00;electricity EUR 8.00/day. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
First FloorBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.

We loved to stay in this gorgeous apartment and could not get enough of the view, especially with the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The apartment is spacious and very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There are several good restaurants nearby, and a nice grocery store where you can get what you need. They also have a fresh food counter. To have a nice stay in this apartment you have to be able to climb a lot of steps. It is 183 steps from the street where you park your car or get off the bus and to the apartment. You have to carry your suitcase up this steps ! To get to the grocery there is another 145 steps. Every time you leave the apartment you have to climb up or down these steps. We liked it and used it as a way to get in better shape, but it is something to think through before you decide to stay here. The payment is the beautiful view ! There are many great hiking opportunities in the area and we tried most of them. The one we liked best was the path of the god (sentiero degli dei) This hike was magnificent ! The beach is very nice and calm but it is rocky. It is easy and cheap to take the bus to the other cities nearby, Amalfi and Positano, both wonderful places. After a visit, however, it was lovely to come back to the peace and quiet in Praiano. The traffic in this area is frightening, so be sure that you are a good driver before you throws you into it. Hire a small car ! Praiano is a lovely place to stay and we would love to come back to this apartment.

Casa Eletta exceeded our expectations! Fantastic setting, with the best terrace to enjoy the views and sunset. Look forward to our return!!

Summer In Italy was a breeze to work with in finding our rental. Prompt in providing everything needed to know the area and sites to see.
