We had a lovely relaxing stay and the house was as described. The pool was perfect as we had amazing weather. A perfect relaxing stay and would come again

This is a large house with plenty of room. The upstairs is in two wings (one with bathroom, shower, etc,) and there is also a downstairs bedroom, with en suite facilities. We brought a dog and the close proximity to the the dunes (dogs are not allowed on the main Le Touquet beach) was a real bonus. We had a problem with gas supply to the hob, but a quick call to Marie Line had it fixed inside the hour. The pool was clean and of a useful size. I would definitely recommend this house, and hope that you all have as much fun as we did,

We had a great experience being at the house, it’s so close to the beach we went for daily walks with the dogs. Everything was catered for by the hosts, communicating with them was easy and they accommodated us when we asked for a friteuse :-) Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in Le Touquet!

Great house and great location for Xmas trip to Le Touquet. The hosts couldn’t do enough to help before and during our stay, they were excellent. The house was in good condition and the communal lounge and dining area worked very well for the family. Perfect location for walking the dog to the beach and on the dunes and only 5 mins drive into the centre of town. Definitely recommend.

Very good communication from Marie, who was there to meet us. The swimming pool was lovely - very clean. It's about a 30 min walk right into the centre of town, 20mins to the outskirts.

pool lovely but need to replace cover to hard to roll back took 4 of us . and decking also needs replacing very uneven. Down stairs shower also very tired. upstairs very nice but could do with toilet and bathroom to service 2 bedrooms on the right as up and down stairs. but would come again and really enjoyed the property

The pool is lovely, all the family had lots of fun in it. The house is nice with big rooms but no toilet in the bath rooms meant the two wc’s were in demand. We enjoyed the pictures around the house (a lot by Alain Godon) and the decor is very tasteful. Made for a very enjoyable holiday.

The location was great and Le Touquet is a beautiful town, only 30 minutes walk away. The nearby golf course and hotel was lovely to walk to for a drink too. Very well equipped, French style villa, which was clean and well decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and the downstairs suite was excellent. If being picky could have done with a toilet/en suite on the other side of the stairs for the other two bedrooms but was still a wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend. Pool and outside space was fantastic and the kids loved it! Suggestions for improvement: a working bbq and a welcome pack with ideas of things to do whilst there. Overall fantastic property with lovely owners who visited and checked we had a nice time, would highly recommended.

The house is set up perfectly for a social family occasion with a large dinning table and a spacious living area. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs which is handy for anyone with mobility difficulties. The pool was perfect for the children and the grounds of the house are secluded and well kept. You can walk in to the main town in 30mins. Le Touquet itself is a lovely area with lots of restaurants to choose from, plenty of shops and a lovely beach. The whole family really enjoyed their stay.

We were really lucky with the weather and had a great time at the pool and in the big garden! Everything we needed was there. Le Touquet is a lovely little busy town with a wonderpil market on saturday morning.

A group of 10 of us stayed at the property at the end of May/beginning of June. The house was great - very clean and modern with a brand new kitchen installed. Any time we had any queries we contacted Emilie who got back to us straight away. The pool was clean and great fun, albeit a little on the chilly side - but it was only the end of May (and we had quite bad weather) so I guess this is to be expected! I would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing break away from it all.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre global de la villa, son emplacement, absence de vis-à-vis, belle piscine chauffée. En revanche, la villa mériterait une rénovation d’ensemble : murs de la chambre du Rdc sales, store de la terrasse déchiré, garde corps du balcon très dégradé, système de bâche de la piscine très lourd à manipuler, odeurs dans les 2 salles de bain, difficultés à utiliser la gaziniere… En conséquence, le prix demandé ne nous a pas semblé être en rapport avec la qualité des prestations.

Très belle maison très bien placée. Elle est conforme à l’annonce. Deux petites remarques, la bâche de la piscine est assez compliquée à manipuler et il manque de la lumière sur la terrasse extérieurs. Autrement tout est parfait ! Merci beaucoup !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très propre et très bien entretenue. A signaler : L’arrivée d’eau de la baignoire du bas ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n’est pas très gênant que nous avions une magnifique douche très fonctionnelle ;) La cuisine est très bien équipée Un plus serait d’avoir des vélos pour pouvoir rejoindre le centre du Touquet par ce moyen de locomotion 😌 Merci poitrine l’accueil et la souplesse pour les heures de départ et d’arrivée 😊

Cependant un petit bémol pour les accessoires inexistant : du type porte manteaux, support rouleau de papier toilettes, plateaux de cuisine..... Malgré ça nous avons passé un Séjour agréable, recommandons cette location

Je reste dans l’attente du retour du propriétaire qui m’avait promis une réponse suite aux imperfections constatées pour notre week-end de la St Sylvestre ; à savoir - odeurs d’égout dans plusieurs chambres - socle de la cheminée cassé - briques sous un lit pour maintenir le sommier - pas d’eau chaude pour l’enssemble des convives ( 10..) c’est un peu gênant pour la douche - état de propreté à revoir surtout en présence de la Covid - pas d’eau pour un bain, lavabo non fonctionnel.. Voilà, nous estimons que pour une location dite de standing, nous devons avoir des prestations à la hauteur.. « Le Collectif de la St Sylvestre » -

L’endroit est très bien. Mais l’odeur de cigarette froide en arrivant n’est pas agréable ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes qui sentent également le tabac froid. Au delà des quelques points annoncés, L’évier du haut était bouché. Mais globalement cette maison est très agréable.

Ons verblijf was zeer prettig wel heeft het huis wat punten die kunnen verbeteren. Het huis heeft algemeen onderhoud nodig zoals het vernieuwen van de matrassen van alle bedden. Badkamer veel schimmel als ook veel kalk waardoor douches minder goed werken. Douche beneden spuit water uit kraan.

Villa adaptée à ces moments amicaux partagés, Avec une belle pièce de vie et des chambres spacieuses où chacun peut avoir son intimité. Les plus, une chambre au rdc Avec salle de bain et une belle piscine ou l'on peut s'adonner aux jeux de ballons où à la nage. Idéalement situé pres du golf, la plage à 10 min de vélo. Une Semaine ou la voiture n'a pas bougée. Accueil très sympa Avec partage sur la vie locale et les bonnes adresses. Merci pour tout et à bientôt pour une troisième fois.

Maison agréable mais pas de caractère Rez de chaussée sympa étage moyen avec une chambre où il ne fait pas bon vivre à cause de l’humidité. Rapport qualité prix trop cher pour une maison en bord de route.
