Fabulous new 3-bedroom semi-detached villa on 2 levels with roof terrace and PRIVATE pool, AC in all rooms. An incredibly charming and quiet neighbourhood yet within 10 minutes walk to pubs, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and Habaneras shopping mall. A safe haven close to everything! Lots of great beaches nearby.
Everything is made to make your stay memorable. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink by the pool or contemplating an exceptional view of the Laguna Rosa.
The house was built with quality and taste in mind (marble, granite and comfortable furniture with top quality materials).
Each bedroom is independent with its own bathroom, one is en-suite.
The whole house is air conditioned in each room with 2 AC independent units.
A professional hard chrome Plancha and BBQ are available to you right by the pool.
Convenient covered carport with a remote controlled garage door.
Unwind in the shade of an upscale beautiful outside lounge, relax around an 8x4 meters private pool or simply enjoy the scenery of the beautifully landscaped garden.
Feeling like running or biking in the morning? (2 bikes available for use) There is a very pleasant, secure path which takes you straight to the Torrevieja centre.

Good location. Good pool. Washing machine needs replacing! Had to clean dishwasher and all glasses before we could use them.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s fabulous villa. The communication was absolutely spot on and any issues we had were quickly and easily resolved. The sunset from the balcony overlooking the Lagos de Sal was absolutely beautiful on a number of evenings.It is a lovely peaceful spot for a great relaxing holiday and the pool is fantastic with inflatables at hand as well supplied by the host.It wasn’t too far to venture into Torrevieja it is a perfect location.

The Villa was outstanding, the kids loved the pool, we
loved the BBQ Grill, the beds where so comfy, we met the owners on the last day they where lovely people, the villa has everything you need for the perfect holiday, with outstanding views and sunsets x

A very nice and well equipped villa.
Nice view on the pink salt lake from the roof/ terrace.
Garden with gas BBQ which we used frequently. There are two mountain bikes to explore the surroundings or go to town.
The communication with the host was very good and she was welcoming us in person and showed us around the house. A late check-out was no problem.
Enjoyable holiday in nice villa.
Several national parks close by.
