The house was immaculate and the location is very convenient, just walk up the stairs across the street to ski down to the Ritz. Everything was well stocked…from towels to kitchen supplies. The movie theater is also a great bonus!

This was our third year staying at this house. We always enjoy it location and the convenience of skiing and ski out. The house is big enough for our family of 15 and set up to accommodate children. The media and game room is always a hit as well as The recently updated kitchen. Look forward to staying here again. The management team very accommodating and responsive to any concerns or issues.

The property was amazing! The ski in/ski out was wonderful and just a very short walk away up a few set of steps. We had a wonderful time. Our group was a few families together. All adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We cooked all of our meals at the house. It was so easy to stop in for lunch from skiing. The shuttle service was wonderful for a bit of night live in Beaver Creek. I would love to stay at this property again. The owners were very responsive to a request for a hand mixer. They personally welcomed us to the property. Thank you for a great trip!

We had a great stay here with extended family. Skiing was the perfect spot for kids to easily come & go. They had a blast skiing & hanging out in the theater & bunk bed room with cousins. Our only problems were with the hot water & heating. We could not get the temperature regulated. Mostly all the rooms were way too warm - 75-82 degrees even when we tried to turn the heat off and it was very cold outside. That made such a nice place miserable. 2 of the showers downstairs were also hard to regulate the water temp. But if they could fix those things it would be awesome! I couldn't believe no one else mentioned this in the reviews. It was crazy! They seemed to be nice & send a couple people out when we contacted the property managers. They fixed the upstairs but then the rest of the house was too hot. Also it was weird because at check in they asked us to take out the owners trash so we did then a lady woke us up the early next morning very upset that we had the trash out overnight & not in the exact right place.
