About this apartment rental

This property is located within a quiet, residential neighborhood on the pristine west coast of the island, just minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, petrol station, 24-hour medical centre, taxi stand, public transportation and some of the best beaches on the island. It is also close to the the Bellairs Research Institute.
Recently renovated and fully self contained, the apartment has one-bedroom and one bathroom (ensuite). It is updated, spacious and outfitted with Insect screens and security grills on all windows, Granite counter tops, AC unit in the bedroom, Ceramic tiles throughout and built in closets and cupboards. The apartment has been tastefully designed, with modern and comfortable furniture, new appliances & lots of counter/closet space. A queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room can be prepared upon request, or a folding bed provided in the bedroom, for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is well equipped with both large and small appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and bake ware. The apartment has its own private entrance, and outdoor living spaces (patio) where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. The patio has insect screens (MOSQUITO MESH), ceiling fan, security bars and lockable gate. It is well maintained and is meticulously clean.
You will have access to sun loungers and beautifully manicured gardens and lawn. There is automated security lighting, the property is fully fenced, has security cameras around the exterior parameters and GATED entrance with KEY ACCESS ONLY for your added security. This apartment has its own private driveway. There is FREE high speed internet, Cable Television, Secure onsite Parking, FREE laundry facilities, and FREE access to the ‘Beach House’ where you can enjoy use of the pool, sun loungers, table/chairs, bathroom facilities, lockers, changing room, outdoor shower, restaurant/bar (food & drinks for purchase). The Air Condition unit is in the bedroom and the apartment has ceiling and standing fans for added comfort.

Lavern, was helpful from beginning to end, her hospitality is second to none! We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back soon, everything is within walking distance, it's the best place to stay in Barbados, especially if you don't intend on hiring a car :)

Lavern was a fantastic host checking in with us to be sure we were enjoying our vacation to the max and even took us to a Rum Factory tour and the Boat Yard! She suggested places to visit based on our likes and all of this made our trip even better than expected! From arranging to have a cab for us at the airport to returning us at the hour os 3:30 AM every thing was spot on! The location is fantastic with the grocery store so close as well as bus stop, beach and watering holes! The apartment itself is adorable and well equipped with anything you need. This was the most memorable vacation I have ever been on! We will for sure return to Holetown and the sweet Ms. Lavern!! Miss it already .

My second visit.. and im already asking if it will be available next time im on the island.. loved being there.. very clean, relaxing and peaceful... Laverne provides everything that's needed to make your stay feel like home away from home . She is awesome. Very friendly and accommodating....

Last year in Barbados, we discovered 67 Cherry Avenue and the wonderful owners/managers, and were very much looking forward to our new digs for our 11+ week stay. We were overwhelmed by the kindness, generosity and attentiveness shown by Aveen and Lavern throughout our entire stay. You could not ask for better folks than the two of them. Our space was perfect! We were able to entertain our friends at several dinners and had lots of room when our son and his fiancee came to visit. We walked everywhere, which is a real benefit when we are on island. It was tough to leave this wonderful spot, but we are happy that in 10 months, we will get to be there again.
