House was clean, yard was super cute with the creek running through, had no issues during our stay. Water pressure was a little low but manageable.

Neat location outside the town of Homer gave us plenty of time to see wildlife driving to and from the property into Homer and around the local area.Not too far away, but just enough to feel a little remote.Set up of the house was good with the two bedrooms and sleeping area in the living room for our teen.Appreciate the eye masks for the "midnight sun" and the laundry facility was perfect to refresh before we continued our 10-day Alaska adventure.

Only got to stay one night due to an issue with the bath tub but the property manager was extremely on the ball about it and gave a full refund. Very good people to work with.The property itself is nice and new.
