Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath house on 18 wooden acres, complete with your own beautiful private 4 acre swimming pond with waterfalls, docks, koi, and it's own little island. 15 minutes to TIEC and 10 minutes to downtown Tryon. 45 minutes to two major airports.

Possible horse stables for rent next door.

Also have a two bedroom cabin next to house if you need additional lodging.
