I took my 12-year-old daughter, two of her friends, and my 8-year-old daughter for a few days to Tybee and the property was perfect! Plenty of space and you can't beat the location! We parked when we arrived and never used the car once. It is a stone's throw to the beach and within walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants.

This is in an older neighborhood and the outside of the property needs upgrading and renovation. The bathrooms need updating the fixtures including the shower heads and the flooring and shower curtains. The outside of the sitting area need updating. The rooms are clean but need updating.
