The place was in a great location, private, not a lot of people on the beach, it was exactly what we wanted. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, beds are bigger than what the listing said, so that was a great upgrade! The kitchen and living room are where I found the most issues. The living room furniture is very dirty, the chair that is supposed to be white, isnt even close and you can see where every one sits. As for the kitchen, the garbage can isnt much bigger than a 13 gallon can. For a unit that "Can sleep 6" you would be constantly taking out the garbage, and the dumpsters are not close at all. That was a major inconvenience. Also, there is no where to store food. All the cupboards are filled with tons of glasses and plates that we never even touched. Some kind of storage would have been nice, even a pantry. The dryer in the unit was full of water, had obviously not been emptied by the cleaning crew or the renters before us. We had to learn the hard way when we expected clothes to be dry and it had stopped running due to the water level. Lastly, the lack of an elevator or some way to get heavy cases of water/drinks up the steps really is a downfall. The unit is for sure not handicap accessible at all. Lugging all the bags, luggage and stuff up 3 flights of stairs was tough for us with back problems. All in all though, we had a great week and would absolutely return to the island!

Perfect location! Loved being right near the quiet beach. Kids loved having the pool steps from the door. Plenty of space and condo was clean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot

We had a great time at this condo! The views are amazing and it was nice to be so close to the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony with my 14 year old son and watching the giant ships come in and out. We had a game night around the table, we enjoyed many nearby restaurants. The vent on the clothes dryer broke and the management group had someone out within a hour of my husband's call. Some of the appliances and furnishings seem a little "tired" but the location more than makes up for it.

This was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Beautiful area close to everything and the beach was not crowded at all. There are lots of steps to condo and long walkway to beach but that was expected so we were prepared. Very family friendly and would visit again!
