About this apartment rental
One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Sleeps 2. Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for ONE vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.

This space was everything I wanted. Located right on the water, very clean (which I value highly), comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication from my host as well. Naturally most everything was closed at this time of year, but that wasn't on my agenda. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable worked just fine for me. The sunrises were magnificent!!

It quickly became my favorite spot for morning coffee.The host was fantastic as well: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely attentive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable stay right on the beach, this condo is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!
