There are 2 BEDROOMS in this unit and the majority of these units are arranged with a bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. However, bedding configurations can vary but rest assured all units will comfortably sleep 6 people.
Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

First time staying in Avon as we found this property and although the location is great especially for the price. The whole condo is severely outdated. Everything from the furniture to the utensils in the kitchen.

This was a nice property located close to everything. The only frustrations were the check in process. Details said that front desk was open until 8. We arrived at 5:10 and desk was closed, had to drive to another location to check in then drive back. We checked the kitchen on the listing to make sure there was a blender as I had a medical procedure and could only have non-solid food. Started making a smoothie and everything leaked all over the counter - the blender was missing a gasket and was unusable. Wouldn't have normally been a big deal but with a medical situation, it was frustrating. Home was very hot (we had very high temps, even for the mountain areas) and hard to keep cool, so had to use all the fans and ended up moving to the fold out closer to the sliding door to get cool air at night. All in all a fine stay, but was hoping for better.
