About this house rental
Excellent house in the Capitania de Maresias condominium, closed condominium with 24 hour security and total leisure for families and friends. It comfortably accommodates 8 adults and can accommodate up to 10 guests with children.
The house is fully furnished, decorated and well cared for, it has a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a mezzanine with a futon sofa and a Japanese style room with a double bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room and private yard with barbecue. Air conditioning in all rooms and on the mezzanine.
The house is frequently used by our family throughout the year, all equipped with two televisions (50 'on the mezzanine and 30' in the living room), two refrigerators (one in the area of the reversible barbecue for freezer), microwave, sandwich maker , toaster, blender, rice cooker, complete kitchen and barbecue utensils, beach chairs, parasol, etc.
Three parking spaces are available, two of which are private next to the house and one in the common area of the condominium.
The Capitania de Maresias condominium has 24 hour security and an excellent leisure infrastructure, with 3 swimming pools (one right next to our house), tennis court, volleyball court, soccer field, games room, sauna and children's playroom. , in addition to a large common area fully gardened.
Access to the beach is through entrance number 11 located in front of the condominium. It is just a 2-3 minute walk from the house, located in block A of the condominium (closest to the beach) to the sand.

Melhor casa que já fiquei em Maresias. Super bem equipada, todos os aparelhos funcionam perfeitamente, com ótima área de churrasco. Localização nem se fale, somente atravessar a rua que está na praia. Pessoal do condomínio também super gente boa.
Agradecer ao Luiz que desde o começo prestou todo o atendimento, explicou tudo certinho e deu toda a assistência. A Ana, que toma conta da casa, também super prestativa.

Área churrasqueira bem equipada e aconchegante
Achamos a casa um pouco escura devido a ter bastante madeira . Acho seria interessante pintar de branco

Excelente casa, confortável e bem cuidada. Bem próxima à praia. Todos os equipamentos e utensílios para uma boa estadia (tvs,ar condicionado, ventiladores, máquina de lavar roupa, microondas, Wi-Fi etc). Condomínio muito bom também com funcionários educados e gentis. Todo o processo de comunicação com o proprietário e a pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito tranquilo e rápido. Recomendo sem dúvidas.
